I walked into Executive Kia being referred by a family friend. I just recently graduated college and was starting the "real world" and my new "adult job." I ended up getting a brand new 2012 Kia Forte and I am in love with it. They were also able to exceed my expectations with my budget crisis and helped me drive away in my beautiful, reliable car. Everyone there knew me by my first name, and every time i walked in they greeted me by it. Incredible experience!!!! Hands down the best KIA dealership in Central Connecticut! I sold them a car in May and they gave me a great deal. The wife and I contacted Chin Chang looking for a new Kia soul. Chin found one for us, we traded in our car and received a new 2013 Kia Soul at a good price.Chin help with all the paper work and than told us soul. We love bringing our vechiles to this dealership. They are very honest with me and they explain everything that is being done to our cars so that we can understand what is going on. They are also honest with us if a vehicle is not worth fixing, which happened to us recently. They also let us know when something might have to be fixed in the near future, but they always tells us how long to get it repaired. I feel like they are keeping us safe by keeping us informed. I also like getting emails when it gets close to the time of service, which is great for me because I have senior citizen brain cell misfires at times. I love all the guys in the service department. They all do a great job. These people are wonderful and I enjoy all of them. They make me feel comfortable and they make me laugh. Keep up the good work. More
