I have own a Sonta since 2007 and decided it was time for a new car. Now tht I was in a position from some money by dad left me, I decided to go for it. My husband and son knew all about the Sonta's but heard from other people that we should check out the Optium's (which we did). They were very, very far with their trade in amount and Jeremy was the Best in explaining everything and Chin worked very, very hard to find me the right car. It took a few days because I wanted the deep cherry and since there were not too many if at all out their it took a little time but Chin found the car. It is so beautiful that when I first saw it it took my breath away. While my husband & I sat with Pam and filled out all the paperwork, Jeremy put my plates on the new car, set up my blue tube and it was done with such ease before I knew it, I was in my new car and driving away. Pam even renewed my registration and told me the importance of the Gap insurance. Glad she did. Now I don't have to worry about registering my car in May. A few days later the car had to go back to have the sun roof put in and before AI knew it the car was delivered to me at work. There was never a question on whether or not they would give me a loaner. Now my car is complete. Had a problem with the blue tube and when I called the person who answer the phone was very helpful and really understood my concern and told me that I could come up the same day and anyone of the techs could take care of the problem. Well Chin did that in a few minutes and showed me what to do to reset it. The next day after that which was yesterday March 31st I thought I had a problem with my blue tube again called, Jeremy was in a meeting and called me shortly after his meeting and walked me though it. I wll always bring my card to have it serviced at Exective KIA and when we met the service guys, they were funny and very, very pleasant and I know that they will always have my best interest at heart. And besides, how could you go wrong with Yankees fans. (ha-ha). Thanks again and once again, I am so glad my husband went to Executive Honda More

The staff is always so friendly. I went to the dealer to bring my 2007 sporage to get a recall service. While at the dealership I saw a suv that caught my eye. Kia Borego 09. The service was great by sales and didnt pressure you at all. My wife wasnt going to buy a car yet but did because of the great customer service of all the people there. We wer you at all. I have been interested in purchasing a Sorento since January 2010 after seeing the commercials on TV. Unfortunately, an unexpected financial situation occured and I was unable to purchase the vehicle at that time. I reached out to DJ in July and told him to let me know if they offer any late summer/fall specials. He followed up and let me know about the $2000 cash back for the month of August. He was able to pull my file from January and reuse my info, which made the upfront completion of paperwork very easy. DJ was very accommodating regarding when he would be available for me to come and relook at the Sorento. He had the one Sorento out front for me to see when I arrived. I decided to purchase a Sorento with the convenience package which they did not have in the color I chose, black. Within a couple of days DJ let me know he was going to go pick up my car and we arranged a pickup date. He had everything ready for me and was wonderful in explaining what is what in the vehicle. The person in charge of the finance paperwork was very friendly and thorough. I purchased the "sealer package" and came back on the weekend to have my car sealed. DJ dropped me and my grandson off at WalMart to shop while my vehicle was being sealed, and returned when we were done. The service was wonderful! I plan to go back to the dealer for routine service in the future. More
