They are very honest with me and they explain everything that is being done to our cars so that we can understand what is going on. They are also honest with us if a vehicle is not worth fixing, which happened to us recently. They also let us know when something might have to be fixed in the near future, but they always tells us how long to get it repaired. I feel like they are keeping us safe by keeping us informed. I also like getting emails when it gets close to the time of service, which is great for me because I have senior citizen brain cell misfires at times. I love all the guys in the service department. They all do a great job. These people are wonderful and I enjoy all of them. They make me feel comfortable and they make me laugh. Keep up the good work. More

My husband and I came in to orginally see the chevy impala that was for sale. We were very disappointed when we saw it. But we went in to see what else we can look at. The special finance manager, Teresa, came up to us....didn't even greet us. As a matter of fact, nobody greeted us at the door. We went to the receptionist and ask to see the consultant that my husband talked to online. We told Teresa what we were approved for and she replied " I don't know nothing about that." We were then introduced to Mike Schweikert. He understood our circumstances and treated us with the upmost respect. He was funny, down to earth and made us feel very comfortable. It was like we knew him for years. He is one of the best sales consultants you have there. He got us a car with what we wanted.
