When i got to the dealer that day to pick it up, I was informed it had a scratch in the door! Brand new car and damaged. I was offered a We OWE but doesnt make up for it. This also is a two car deal and we are in process of purchasing another vehicle, A 2014 Sorento. I asked John, the General Manager if he would throw in a few accessories with a total value of 750.00 dollars and pretty much said no and that he could walk away from the deal. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience and would recommend the dealership. More
