Friendly maintenance service, is the reason why I kept going back to this KIA. Parts, are overpriced! Recently I was quoted $160 for a side view mirror. My son located a new mirror for $40. I don't mind paying a little more, but really 4 times more is not acceptable. I will still go to this KIA dealership for maintenance service, but will shop around when other work is needed. Then again, with the experience with the side view mirror perhaps it is time to shop around for the maintenance service too. More
I bought a 2011 Sorento from this dealer last year. The sales experience was excellent. No pressure, no BS. Staff was helpful and friendly. Back in for service today and that prompted this review. The sraff was very friendly, courteous and helpful from my phone call to make the reservation to the minute I stepped into their front desk.. My experience with Kia has been very positive from both the Sales and Service Departments. We purchased our 2008 Sedona 2 years ago. I am on my second KIA from this dealership (1993 to present) and I couldn't be more pleased. I am extremely comfortable with the staff, they are kind and courteous. I go for service every 3,000 miles, present) and I couldn't be more pleased. I am extremely comfortable with the staff, they are kind and courteous. If there are any issues that come up in their routine checkups they will explain it fully prior to working on it. I would highly recommend this dealership and the car brand itself to anyone!!!!!!
