From the minute I enter I find the Service Department is friendly as if I was invited into their "house". A call out to Jeff Martin, a Sales/Leasing Consultant who hit the sweet spot of excellent salesmanship: low drama and high competence, Jeff answered all my questions about safety features, trim-line differences, financing alternatives. He was knowledgeable, patient, never pushing to close the sale. Best of all, Jeff responded quickly to my emails.
