I really like Executive Kia but I went in for a recall and was asked if I wanted the cabin filter replaced. I figured it was going to be $30 bucks. I was billed $75. To check it took me 5 minutes. GUY WHAT THE xxxx! I was in sticker shock I just paid and left. I am sure you do good work but $45 to sick the filter behind the glove box? Don't think I'll be back and I will talk to the BBB. Dont forget recalls can be done anywhere. More
