The Executive Kia service team did exactly what a service center is suppose to do: they listened to the concerns and symptoms, did their investigation and research with the tech line, and repaired the proble center is suppose to do: they listened to the concerns and symptoms, did their investigation and research with the tech line, and repaired the problem with a quick turnaround. In addition, their communication was much better than other dealers I have tried with this car. More
