Predatory pricing, charged for 5 hours of work when repair took 2.5 hours. Picked up car Friday on day 3 of having my car Monday evening leaving work my car completely dies , which is the originally is repair took 2.5 hours. Towed it back to the service center, and they tried to charge me over $300 to run 2 hour diagnostic, when the first diagnostic that was ran, it was confirmed that replacing my ac compressor would resolve the issue of my car dying and my positive fuse terminal burning. I asked specifically to clarify if that issue was electrical and I was told no. They Refuse to take responsibility for wrong diagnostic. More

I have always had my Nissan's serviced at Executive because I trust that they know my car and provide the service it needs. I especially want to thank Alberto Benot who has been my service rep for awh because I trust that they know my car and provide the service it needs. I especially want to thank Alberto Benot who has been my service rep for awhile now. He is professional and knowledgeable and makes sure my needs are met whenever I come in. He is the best. I have also worked with Tyler in past when Alberto was not available and he is very good as well. I have no complaints about the service department and all the representatives The only issue I have is with the third party you go through to make appointment. I wanted to have the software update done at same time and was told I would have to go through service rep to see if can be done when I had my 20,000 mile service. I also wanted to wait for car and was told I would not be able to because of length of time. I know once I went in I could ask Alberto and everything was done including the software update and I was able to wait without a problem. He told me jus to call him directly in future which I appreciate so much. He goes above and beyond More
