Brought my brand new Jeep in for a known recall/campaign notice after calling Chrysler about the issue of my vehicle being stuck in FORM mode. Dealer told me there is no recall or campaign for my issue. I w notice after calling Chrysler about the issue of my vehicle being stuck in FORM mode. Dealer told me there is no recall or campaign for my issue. I wasted the day and spent over $35 in Ubering back and forth to dealer. Called Chrysler to complain and they told me the dealer should have absolutely completed Recall/Campaign “ZE1” on my vehicle. Now my new vehicle is stuck in FORM mode. Both myself and Chrysler are not pleased with the dealership. Chrysler even sent me the complete PDF of what the dealer should have done by simply hooking up a computer to a diagnostic port and downloaded new software. More

3 hours after schedule time finally looked at Jeep. Then they tell me they cleared the check engine light and said my battery was bad. First of all bad battery light is not same as check engine. Told me I need new battery. It’s a power drain not a new battery needed. I am working with my local guy to find the drain. Absolutely waste of 6 hours waiting to be told something wrong.
