This was the worst customer service I've ever had. This dealership messed up my oil change, to the point where smoke was billowing out of the hood while driving home. When I brought the car back, I wa This dealership messed up my oil change, to the point where smoke was billowing out of the hood while driving home. When I brought the car back, I was made to wait over 2 hours for them to clean all the spilled oil from under the hood. When I spoke with a manager, he was rude and condescending. The manager made it clear he did NOT care. I will never go back here again! More

Paid for tires rotated never done. I know this because I have a slow leak in my front drivers tire and still tire is there. This is fraud to charge for a service not done!!
