The worst experience I've ever had at a car dealership. My auxiliary battery light was on the day I drove it out of the parking lot after purchasing the vehicle. I wasn't too concerned at the time but when My auxiliary battery light was on the day I drove it out of the parking lot after purchasing the vehicle. I wasn't too concerned at the time but when I brought it in for an oil change I wanted them to check it. I wasn't gonna have it fixed because the serviceman said it would cost me 300.00. I asked him if there was any harm in not fixing it and he said it could drain my main battery. I talked to the manager about my concerns and that the vehicle was like that when I purchased it. He said the only thing he could do for me is go half so it would cost me 150.00 and I agreed. I tried calling the service department 3 times in the afternoon to see if it was ready and was hung up on all 3 times. Then I was informed later in the day I needed a new battery and they could install it or I could have someone else install it. I told him I would have someone else do it. When I picked it up the salesman told me the battery light went off for some reason and I didn't have to put a new battery in after all. It cost me 195.00 and when I looked up the prices of what the charge should have been it was anywhere from 200 to 300.00 and I also found out the auxiliary battery will not harm the main battery if it's not engaged. I was lied to, taken advantaged off and mistreated as a customer. That is the 3rd vehicle I bought from Executive Jeep and will never ever go back there again. More
