I was not happy. They did not contact me all day. I dropped my car off at 9:30 AM. I contacted them myself at around 4:00 to find out what the status of my car was. I They did not contact me all day. I found out the day after they were sending updates to a different number when I told them before leaving what my best contact was. I was told my camera recall could get fixed the day I dropped my car off. It did not. I have had ongoing issues with my car door locks pretty much since I first got the car. They were not helpful with this either. After several times of getting my locks fixed, they still were expecting me to pay close to $650. I've lost count of how many times I've had to get them fixed now. On a positive note, I did eventually get to see the updates from the other contact number the day after. I did appreciate the video update process. That was really nice and well done. More
