My car was there for 2 weeks and once returned to me I had to send it back after 1 week because it wouldn’t start again. It was then there for 3 weeks. My car then started leaking oil and it was brought had to send it back after 1 week because it wouldn’t start again. It was then there for 3 weeks. My car then started leaking oil and it was brought back there where is was supposed to be fixed again but I noticed 1 week later that it’s still leaking oil. Not only is it an inconvenience because I was never offered a loaner during the 5 weeks but it’s very costly for it to still be broken. I now have to return in the 1/17/23 in hopes that someone can actually get it right and I can hopefully afford it. This is the second time I’ve spent a lot of money and problem not solved. I paid almost $1000 a year ago for a different issue and was then told that day that whatever they replaced didn’t fix the issue so I can pay $650 more for them to try and replace something else. I have had nothing but terrible service and no one seems to care. Also I had an oil change last year and someone didn’t replace a cap or did something wrong so my car overheated a week later. I had low oil pressure light on and my engine light. How can an oil change go wrong and cause so many problmes More
