Finding one in my price range with what I wanted in a Wrangle A few months ago I began looking for a used Jeep Wrangler that was only a few years old. Finding one in my price range with what I wanted in a Wrangler was proving to be a very difficult task. I was starting to think that I was never going to find one but I decided to try going to my local dealer, Executive Jeep Nissan, and talking with a salesperson. The first person to greet me with a smile as I walked in the door was Carol. She was absolutely excellent to work with and did everything she could to get me in the Wrangler that I wanted. I never would have thought that I would be driving a brand new Jeep Wrangler. I felt so comfortable talking with all of the sales team members here and they were all willing to do anything it took to make me feel comfortable with my decision. Carol introduced me to Dave who was very helpful with the build and design process of my new Wrangler. Once the order was in I was very anxious and they had patience with me throughout the entire process even when I showed up unexpectedly to see what the status was. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a Jeep and wants to experience the amazing customer service that Executive Jeep has to offer. More

Amazed and shocked at what great customer service I received What an amazing experience!!! This is the first time I have ever purchased a brand new car. First and foremost I want to thank my salesperson, Carol What an amazing experience!!! This is the first time I have ever purchased a brand new car. First and foremost I want to thank my salesperson, Carol. I highly suggest that you go see her if you are even contemplating purchasing a new Jeep. She was patient, sweet, knowledgeable and hard working. She made it happen buying my dream SUV,a 2014 Jeep Cherokee trailhawk! At one point Carol was busy and another salesperson by the name of Rich came on a test drive with me and he was so cool I felt like we were friends haha. I'm still in disbelief. I also have to give the sales manager Dave a shout out to making it happen for me! Then comes the dreaded part of signing all the paperwork with the finance person. Well guess what.....that went smooth too! Jesse, the finance director, had me in and out of there in 5 minutes! He was professional and once again I was shocked to not be stressed out. In the end Carol and I took a beautiful picture in front of my new Trailhawk and Donnie, another amazing employee of Executive Jeep snapped that pic for us. Executive Jeep in North Haven have definitely just gained a customer for life. If it seems like this is a fabricated review believe me its not. I don't have one negative comment to make. Outstanding Service I recently went in to executive jeep nissan to purchase a new 2014 wrangler. This being my first car buying experience I was a little on edge and nerv I recently went in to executive jeep nissan to purchase a new 2014 wrangler. This being my first car buying experience I was a little on edge and nervous. That all dissipated once I met Brian Jacobs. Dealing with Brian was like talking to an old friend about cars. Friendly, knowledgeable and just plain cool, I couldn't have dreamed of a better experience than I had with him. On the day I picked the car up, this busy guy took nearly 3 hours of his time and schooled me on how to properly(and easily) take off and put back on the soft top for the car. Talk about going above and beyond! If your looking for a new car do yourself a favor and head to the great staff at EXECUTIVE JEEP NISSAN and ask for BRIAN JACOBS! GREAT SERVICE ! I own a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Recently the airbag light came on. As this was a safety issue I thought I should have it looked at as soon as possible. I c I own a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Recently the airbag light came on. As this was a safety issue I thought I should have it looked at as soon as possible. I called Executive Jeep Service Department and asked for an appointment as I would be waiting for the repair. I was given an appointment the next day first thing in the morning.As I did not purchase the vehicle there I did not know what to expect.Upon arrival A gentleman greeted me and took the Jeep into the service area and directed me to a service advisor - Jason Meyer. he was very friendly and explained there was a recall on the Active Head Restraint system and this may have been the problem. I was also informed if it was anything further the time involved would be two hours as this was a safety issue and the whole system would need to checked. I was directed to the customer service area. About twenty minutes went by and Jason came out and informed me that although they had done the recall the issue was a module and would have to be replaced and the system fully checked out. They had the unit it stock and would get right on it.While waiting I noticed how clean both the service area itself was as well as the dealership as a whole. Within a hour Jason came our and informed me the vehicle was repaired;safety checked and looked over for any other issues. Fix right the first time and quicker than I thought. There is no doubt in my mind this is a First Class operation and will be my choice in the future for service and sales.I would recommend Executive Jeep in North Haven to anyone. More

I wasn't expecting much when I walked in to this place, but was blown away by the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. I worked with Brian Jacob and he was beyond what I expected. Not once did I feel like he was pressuring me, or that he was trying to scam me in any way. He gave me the facts and didn't push anything. I felt totally comfortable with my decision because I knew that it was a decision that I made all on my own. I will be sure to tell anyone looking for a car to start at Executive Jeep Nissan! More
