Overall satisfied, but When I arrived, the agent who took charge of my vehicle stated that he expected the total cost to run about $187.00. I showed him a couple of discount coupons that I printed out from your website for the service that I needed to have completed. He responded that discounts were already applied with the quote he provided. When the vehicle had been serviced, the total charge came to a little over $200 and the agent did not explain why it cost more than what he originally quoted. Nothing more was done than the usual 20,000 mile service. More

I did a search for a dealership that was open for business on Sunday and found Executive Dodge Jeep was open at 1100am on a Sunday. Awesome ,loadeded the family in the car and drove 45 minutes. To find out they were closed. The business hours on the door also said open at 1100am on Sunday. Very disappointed in their lack of detail to store hours and likely a reflection of overall service.
