Unexpected Service Needed I needed a flat tire repaired and called to see if it could be fixed or replaced yesterday afternoon. Great service I needed 5 new tires (mounted; balanced; installed) & an alignment, an oil change and my airbag recall corrected. It took 3 1/2 hours from time in to I needed 5 new tires (mounted; balanced; installed) & an alignment, an oil change and my airbag recall corrected. It took 3 1/2 hours from time in to time out but it was time well spent. All the work was accomplished in one appointment and the service from Anthony was superb. I also needed a new set of wheel locks and Tom did a great job supplying them and helping me pick out the tires I wanted. A couple of the technicians updated me about their progress along the way and answered my questions. And, Frank stopped to say “Hey!” Couldn't ask for better. I had purchased my Wrangler from this dealership in Dec 2013 and the relationship continues. KUDOS to the North Haven Executive Jeep team. :) -------------------------------- More
