Great Customer Service I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was greeted by Jason immediately and he began processing the paperwork. I advised Jason that I was I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was greeted by Jason immediately and he began processing the paperwork. I advised Jason that I wasn’t sure if my oil change/tire rotation warranty had expired. He glanced at my account history and said that it had and he quoted the charge for an oil change. I agreed to the charge. Upon completion of the service, Jason advised my that I had one oil change remaining on the contract and no payment was due at that time. I applaud his honesty, I would have never double checked the contract. Kudos to Jason!!! More
