Providing a positive experience is our top priority, so we're disappointed to hear that your still not happy. When you visited us thus past Thursday and spoke to Scott Tesla, he did tell you that our operating systems have been shut down due to the fact of a security breach on our CDK software it is a nationwide problem that effected 15,000 dealers across the country, we had to order a new plate thru DMV in which we did, and they will mail it to you again we apologize that the convivence but your plate was ordered
