My daughter fell in love with the Rogue Sport that was in the show room. I told Arianna we wanted all the safety features and we looked at the sticker and it had all the features. She gave us a price. Then we wanted to test drive it, so she pulled one from outside and had us test drive it. I asked if this had all the safety features as the Rogue Sport in the showroom and she said yes. The Rogue we drove only had the backup camera. When we went back, we told her it didn’t have any safety features except the backup camera. I told her we need all the safety features and again looked at the sticker price of the car in the show room and it had all the features and she sat down and gave us another price. I asked her why it went up, you knew that was the car we wanted. Her response was “I gave you a quote on the wrong model.” Another question I kept asking was what the APR on a loan is. Answer _ “It all depends on your credit history blah, blah, blah”. I asked numerous times and we filled out what we needed, and she gave it to Jason. When we told her, we want the Rogue Sport in the showroom and will pick it up tomorrow, again I asked what the finance rate is. I told her I could get a 0% finance, so I needed to know. She went back to the office and said everyone has gone so we will do that tomorrow. When we came in the next day the first thing, I asked was for the finance rate. She proceeded to come out and have us sign all these papers. I was getting annoyed because the one question I kept on asking has not been answered and I will not sign another thing until I know. Jason came in with a 4.69% rate. I told him I can get a 0% financing and he couldn’t believe it. Then we called my niece who works at a car dealership and she told us to ask them for the buy rate from the bank. I told Arianna to tell Jason we want the buy rate from the bank. She went back and told him. When Jason came back with the paperwork, he had 4.69% on it and I said we want the buy rate from the bank, and he said that is the buy rate. I told him I know dealerships put an extra 2% on the bank rate and he said we don’t play games here the rate is the rate from the bank. I told him we will get the loan someplace else. He said it is too late because the bank already has the title since he wrote up the papers. In retrospect he lied because we did not sign the loan so the bank couldn’t have had the title. I wanted to know when I will get the information from the bank so I could pay off the loan immediately he said in two weeks. As we were signing papers warranty etc., he said one year of free oil changes. I said no, it says right here 3 years and I showed him what was on the table and what Arianna told us. He walked away saying 2 then left without changing how many years we had free oil changes. Again, more lies! He had Arianna come out with a new list as we were driving out that said 1-year free oil changes. We have a picture as proof. Jonathan was extremely helpful and accommodated me and my work schedule. He was able to get my Jeep in for service 2 days after I called. Honest, Integrity, Superior Service. I've been bringing my Jeep for service at Executive for years. I thought that I had a worn battery, as the suv wouldn't start. This time Jonathan help I've been bringing my Jeep for service at Executive for years. I thought that I had a worn battery, as the suv wouldn't start. This time Jonathan helped me. He was attentive to my needs, professional and friendly. He called me later that day and said that the battery checked out strong, that instead, the battery in my Key FOB was worn. He could have installed a new battery and charged me over $100 and I would have been none the wiser. Instead, they installed a new battery in my Key FOB and I got out of there for under 7 bucks:) This is one of the reasons that I will be an Executive Jeep/ Nissan customer for many years to come! More
