Set up an appointment 1 week in advance to view their Jeep Wagoneer Series III. Upon arrival they tell me the battery died and had to be replaced which would take a few hours, and said they would call me Jeep Wagoneer Series III. That was 1 week ago, never got a call back from them. Would not recommend doing business with them as they are unreliable and were unprepared despite the time in advance I gave them to prep the vehicle. More
Do not buy a car here, do not get your car serviced here. I had an issue with me radio In in my lease and they told me that there was nothing they could do. After calling this dealership back and questioning them, they Ignored me and wouldn't even return my calls. I called Jeep of Milford and gave them my VIN and information and within an hour they told me that there WAS an update for my radio. These people clearly have no idea what they are doing, and they refuse to listen to the customer and made me feel like I was crazy and allowed me to drive a car that was unsafe because they Insisted they were right. Had leak in tire, they said it was valve stem. $212 later turns out it was a nail in tire they missed. Did they offer to compensate by taking off a few dollars off a replacement tire? NO! They instead tried to sell me TWO tires! Went to Town Fair Tire and turns of the exact same tire was over $100 less and a replacement valve stem was half the price!!! For few bucks they lost our business - we bought our cars there, had them serviced exclusively there for years. Now they lost our long term business because they turned to a rip-off!!! More
We went to test drive and planned to purchase a Nissan Sentra. It was advertised on line as a special price. When we went to test drive it, there was a hang tag with a year end sale price $1000 less than Sentra. It was advertised on line as a special price. We drove the car and liked it but we went inside to see the “numbers” the price was the more expensive one listed online. A very rude Francisco told us that the price on the tag which clearly said “Sell Price” included rebates we did not qualify for. There was no mention of this on the tag hanging in the car, and no small print might have missed. He went on to say it was “my opinion “ this was misleading and not a fact based on what was written in black and white. He was extremely rude and lost a sale. Stay away, It is my opinion Francisco is unprofessional , rude and misleading. More
