Urgent service appointment Sean McMahon was able to arrange an urgent service appointment for my car because the check engine light was displayed. I brought my car that very nig Sean McMahon was able to arrange an urgent service appointment for my car because the check engine light was displayed. I brought my car that very night and received a call from Sean in the morning. He told me it had a clogged cvs valve. He took the time to explain the function of this valve and how the technician was able to take it apart and clean it out. He said the only charge was for the diagnostics since nothing else needed to be done. I SO appreciated the honesty and professionalism of Sean and his technician who could have easily told me I needed a costly repair. Additionally when I picked up my car, Sean personally greeted us and explained everything to my husband as well. I received excellent customer service and found the entire experience to be wonderful.
