I had a 7:30am appointment....she got checked in right away....told me it would be 1-1.5 hours and The service department is great...especially Genna. Great place to take my car! I have never had a better experience with taking a car in for. All of the staff is helpful, friendly and they especially do not "talk down" to me e I have never had a better experience with taking a car in for. All of the staff is helpful, friendly and they especially do not "talk down" to me even though I can be a bit of a ditz. This includes the managers, drivers, and office staff. I highly recommend 2 things: buying a Honda and using Executive to do it, Anecdote: My cousin who lives in Canada was brought there from Italy by the largest Honda dealership in the country. He worked there for many years as their ace mechanic. He opened his own shop and repaired only Honda's for around 30 years. (His son has taken over). Recently, while visiting, he told me in his broken English "if everyone owned my car (the Fit), that he would have gone out of business". More
