A shout out to Chris Guerin and service members!!!! Our vehicle's transmission decided to act up on Christmas eve while here visiting family over the holidays. On Monday morning, we called and the van was vehicle's transmission decided to act up on Christmas eve while here visiting family over the holidays. On Monday morning, we called and the van was towed to Executive Honda. Chris and his service team took charge and diagnosed the issue in record time. Chris was in constant contact with us during the whole process from beginning to end. He surveyed the repairs, letting us know the issues and giving recommendations. Chris patiently and knowledgeably answered our questions. The repairs and maintenance were actually finished hours ahead of the estimated time. We cannot thank Chris and the entire Executive Honda team enough for the great service, patience, professionalism and timely repair of our vehicle so that we could get back on the road home. More
I bought my first of many cars in 1994. 27 years ago. They are always fair and honest from the no pressure sale of every car and beyond. The service department is the best around hands down. I have NEVER had to come back to get my car looked at after service because their mechanics do it right the first time. The collision center is state of the art and I have been extremely happy with their work as well in the couple of unfortunate siyuations when I needed them. I 100% recommend this dealership. More
