I am a recent college graduate who went car shopping for my first car with my 82 year old grandfather who has been leasing cars for decades. I currently drive a Honda Civic that my parents bought for my siblings and me that I love to drive and therefore had my heart set on getting a new one. They didn't have any Civics on the lot, so we asked for a lease quote. I man named David showed us the figures which were far more than what we had anticipated, not to mention about 100 over what they should have been per month. When my Grandfather asked to see the math, David became almost irate and proceeded to yell at my Grandfather, telling him he didn't know what he was talking about. As my Grandfather repeated that he wasn't there to argue, David became more disrespectful and even more angry, saying he didn't know the math because it's all on the computer. Well, considering that he has been in the business for 14 years (a fact which he kept saying over and over to defend himself), I think "it's all on the computer" is a pathetic excuse for a seasoned car salesman to not be able to explain how he was arriving at those numbers. Needless to say, my Grandfather and I left with a terrible taste in our mouths and I was shocked at how David had spoken to an elderly man. Right after that, we went to a nearby Mazda dealership and it was like a complete 180. The saleswoman and the owner were fantastic, and they even asked my Grandfather how he knew so much about cars. I signed a deal that afternoon for a brand new Mazda3 that I absolutely love and all of the math added up to exactly the way my Grandfather had said it should. It is safe to say that I will never go back to this dealership and I have told all of my friends who are also looking for cars to steer clear. More
This was the best low pressure car sale I have ever experienced. I was shown the car, given the keys and went for a test drive. It was so quick and painless that I was a little suspicious. Started off looking for the Nissan Altima to replace our 99 Maxima, went online to get info from Kelly's Blue Book saw an add for Honda's CR-V, got on line price info and contacts from three dealers, Execut 99 Maxima, went online to get info from Kelly's Blue Book saw an add for Honda's CR-V, got on line price info and contacts from three dealers, Executive had the best price out of the three so I called for an appointment to check one out and when we got there we were met by the internet sales manager who connected us with Walter Jakubisyn, Walt gave us more info on the crv than the other dealers salesmen combined. He also told us all about Executives awards and thier highly rated repair shop, no need to shop around any further, I bought a crv that wasn't on the lot ( because of the color we wanted wasn't there ) they had one on order and was due in about to weeks so we put a deposit on it. If you are looking for a Honda go to executive and ask for Walter. John Shepa More
I brought my Element in because the break light kept coming on. They charged 120.00 to run a diagnostic on the car, and they drove it around the block. They never examined the brakes themselves. They told me to ignore the light and sent me on my way. 5 days later I was in a crash when the brakes failed. I called to tell them, and my paperwork regarding my visit could not be found. They had the nerve to tell me I was never there! The mechanic was also a nasty, wisecracking, creep. More
