Terrible getting Help From Head and Senior Sales Managers I was happy with the car I bought and the price and the person that help me buy it cj the great experience but after that I had a problem with the car I was happy with the car I bought and the price and the person that help me buy it cj the great experience but after that I had a problem with the car warranty and tried to get help from the head service guy Jason and also jamie and they refused to return my phone calls After trying to speak with them for 2days of leaving msgs. Jason told me he'd call me right back while I was in another dealership trying to get my car fixed and after waiting 2hrs and no call back.I had to cancel my repair because of a no warranty problem and no help even thought I just bought the certified used car a month prior. I'm Hoping CJ can handle it. Jason and Jamie should be ashamed of Themselves. There no excuse for not returning calls for 2 days with a broke down customer. Stay Tuned. More

Bad Custemer Service I was disrespected and spoken rudely to by a sales associate. My husband was in uproar over the whole incident and we ended up not buying a vehicle there. What got me so upset, was the sales associate never personally apologized for his actions towards me. The customer service here has declined greatly over the past few months. Other people I know have had very poor experiences here also. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVEN CONSIDERING BUYING A VECHILE HERE! More

I bought a Ceritified 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L from Executive Honda (Wallingford, CT) with only 8K miles on it. My experience at Executive Honda was just amazing. Rej Bilachie worked hard (on his holiday) to ensure that I get the delivery of the car on the day I wanted it. Robert worked very hard to get me the car I wanted to buy. Nathan worked hard to ensure that all financial matters are taken care-off, so that it is a hassle-free transit out of the showroom. Just cannot express how wonderful these people are at this dealership to ensure that customers are very happy and satisfied. Although, the price was not in my budget and honestly not much cheaper than other dealers, but it is just the customer service at this dealer that forced me to buy a car from them. I visited multiple Honda dealers in CT viz., Lia Honda of Enfield, Manchester Honda, etc., but not one of them was even close to ensure that customer is treated well and understand the customer what he/she wants and he/she wants to buy... or even take that extra effort to ensure the customer gets what he/she wants... Just waiting to see, how best the after Sales service would be... :) More

FABRICATED STORIES TO JUSTIFY THE DELAY TOTALLY UNPROFFESIONAL. FABRICATED FALSE CLAIMS FOR DELAYING A REFUND ON A REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT SITUATION. FABRICATED STORIES TO JUSTIFY THE DELAY IN REFUNDING THE MONEY. MADE PROMISSES HE NEVER KEPT. NEVER ANSWERED MY E MAIL MESSAGES. NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS. Individuals of this character are the ones that give a dealer a bad reputation. Having experienced what recently took place, I will not consider any new purchases from Executive Honda. Up to this point my experience with Executive Honda was a positive one to the point that during the past 10 years I made more then one new vehicles purchase from this dealer. Mr. Guerin with his unprofessionalism has totally changed my opinion on Executive Honda and moving forward I will not be purchasing any vehicles from Executive Honda.. Buyers beware when dealing with Mr. Guerin in the finance department at Executive Honda. More
I brought my Honda Element to Executive Honda, 1194 North Colony Rd, Wallingford CT, for an oil change, ignition system check, and for a squeaking wheel. They told me the vehicle needed extensive repairs, in Colony Rd, Wallingford CT, for an oil change, ignition system check, and for a squeaking wheel. They told me the vehicle needed extensive repairs, including suspension and exhaust, exceeding $4900! The repairs were highlighted red on an estimate form, stating that they required immediate attention. I was told flanges on the exhaust system were rotted bad and will break very soon. Some of the work they quoted included repairs that they had already done a half a year ago! For a second opinion, I took the vehicle to another established auto repair company, who confirmed only a loose heat shield and fixed it for $45. Honda quoted $120 to repair the same heat shield. I took the vehicle to yet another established auto repair company, and they too could not see any of the problems noted in the Executive Honda assessment. Executive Honda was claiming my vehicle urgently needed extensive and costly repairs that are apparently completely unnecessary. Because of this I have lost all confidence in their credibility and integrity. I will not be going back. If you go to Executive Honda in Wallingford and get a repair estimate, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. More
