Rex Bilachie did our initial paperwork, and worked with my wife when she first went to see the car. He also got our car ready to be taken that day, which we hadn't really expected. He is a gentleman, and a very pleasant salesman. Great service! Christopher Deluca went through the Financing with us, and was very knowledgeable and clearly enjoys his job. He was able to get our payments down to where we were comfortable with the amount. More Great service! I think almost everyone there offered us coffee or water, whenever we were waiting. The whole experience ended up taking 2.5 hours, and they stayed 1/2 an hour past closing to get us on our way with our new Civic.
