Outstanding With two children I live a very busy life while juggling a full-time job. Setting aside time for oil changes is difficult. On this specific day on my way into work I decided to call to see if I could drop my car off while I was at work to get an oil change. John picked up the phone and was very nice and told me I could drop it off and that they would bring me to work. I dropped off my car and he drove me to work right away. When he looked at my car he noticed a small scratch on the door and he could tell I was pretty upset. He told me that they would touch up the scratch with touch up paint so that it would not rust. He then told me that he would have my car back to me at work by noon so that I could run out for lunch. John brought my car back to work at 11:30, completed the oil change, had the outside of my car detailed and the scratch touched up. I will definitely be coming back to this location again for my service, he was very friendly and professional! Great customer service!! More
