Very disappointed in the service I received. This was 2nd visit within a month and the one minor issue (headlight) was not fixed even tho the vehicle was there for more than 1 week. I’ve bought vehicle there and serviced 2 for the last several years. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Falconi is the only competent person in the department. Give him a raise, dump the other two and hire other competent people. Plenty of dealers in the area who will take my business and address the things I ask to be done. More

I had brought my car into another shop because it was turning off while driving it. Even though the car demonstrated the issue while it was in their care, I realized the next day that after paying $600 t turning off while driving it. Even though the car demonstrated the issue while it was in their care, I realized the next day that after paying $600 the issue was not fixed. When I brought it to the dealership they were able to diagnose the issue within an hour of having it, and had it fixed within about 3 hours( which included going to get a necessary part). I got my car back not only fixed for less than I paid the last shop, but with a complimentary vacuum, and oil change. Everyone was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. From now on I'll bring it here first. More

I use this dealership for all my service. I have found them to have satisfactory service, except for the last service received. The visit was not to my satisfaction. Windows of vehicle had to be re- cleaned once I return home bumpers still had dirt on them. back passenger compartment, driver side, not vacuumed, roof not waxed. Photos were taken by service writer.
