Very disappointed in the service I received. This was 2nd visit within a month and the one minor issue (headlight) was not fixed even tho the vehicle was there for more than 1 week. Horrendous communication by the service advisor and the female who did not answer her phone and who did not address the issues that were left on her vmail. I’ve bought vehicle there and serviced 2 for the last several years. I WILL NOT BE BACK. Falconi is the only competent person in the department. Give him a raise, dump the other two and hire other competent people. Plenty of dealers in the area who will take my business and address the things I ask to be done. More
I had brought my car into another shop because it was turning off while driving it. Even though the car demonstrated the issue while it was in their care, I realized the next day that after paying $600 t turning off while driving it. Even though the car demonstrated the issue while it was in their care, I realized the next day that after paying $600 the issue was not fixed. When I brought it to the dealership they were able to diagnose the issue within an hour of having it, and had it fixed within about 3 hours( which included going to get a necessary part). I got my car back not only fixed for less than I paid the last shop, but with a complimentary vacuum, and oil change. Everyone was extremely nice, polite, and helpful. From now on I'll bring it here first. More
