I have used this dealership for the past 20 years. My experience has been mostly positive. However my latest visit was negative. Dan made sure to listen to the issue of the vehicle and was patient enough to figure it out until it was completely resolved. The issue was extremely difficult to diagnose. Had to come back in to have them fix a job that they didn’t do very in happy with the service. Ask them to change my spark plugs and oil cooler and to check my rear main seal told me it was fine then to didn’t do very in happy with the service. Ask them to change my spark plugs and oil cooler and to check my rear main seal told me it was fine then told me the spark plugs and oil cool had been finished paid 1700$ . I get home a huge puddle of oil in my drive way. Had to go to a Jeep mechanic for him to tell me my oil cooler is leaking and my rear main is also leaking. Had a video of the job to show proof that the join was botched. While replacing my valve cover seals and gaskets. The soak plugs were never done! I had to go back for them to actually do the job they said they did. I waited 3 hrs for them to complete the job. I don’t recommend this dealer More
