Usually I am happy with Jeep but I was getting new tires and the first appointment they had my car all day and then called to say the tires never came in. I couldn’t believe they didn’t even clean the outside and gave it back it to me like that. Very frustrating More

We had two transmissions installed but our car continued to have the same problem. This went on for a month and the dealership said they couldn't give us a loaner.
