Usually I am happy with Jeep but I was getting new tires and the first appointment they had my car all day and then called to say the tires never came in. The next appointment there was confusion again abou and the first appointment they had my car all day and then called to say the tires never came in. The next appointment there was confusion again about the tires but they ended up getting it right but when I picked up my jeep there was this white slimy film all over the outside of the tires. I couldn’t believe they didn’t even clean the outside and gave it back it to me like that. Very frustrating More

We had two transmissions installed but our car continued to have the same problem. This went on for a month and the dealership said they couldn't give us a loaner. They replaced a part in the 2nd new transm to have the same problem. This went on for a month and the dealership said they couldn't give us a loaner.
