We had used the Executive Dodge Jeep Ram service dept. in the past and had great experiences there so my son decided to contact the dealership via ema We had used the Executive Dodge Jeep Ram service dept. in the past and had great experiences there so my son decided to contact the dealership via email. He was provided all the information he needed by Steve Tannock the Internet Sales Manager. Upon arriving at the dealership, both my son and I were introduced to one of the Sales/Business reps Vinny. Both those guys made for a very comfortable experience for Ryan and he is now in his new Jeep Grand Cherokee and loving it. About a week later I returned to the dealership since I was in the market for a new vehicle. I jumped back and forth between a few vehicles and finally purchased a new Dodge Durango and couldn't be happier with the vehicle. Vinny worked real hard to find the vehicle that would make me happy and I appreciate the patience. I always felt very comfortable at the dealership working with either Steve, Vinny, Dave or Chris...I hope I got all the names right. I would totally recommend anyone to work with this dealership. Good bunch of guys. Might be back down the road looking at a Cherokee for my wife also. More

Went for power steering fluid leak. They said I needed a new radiator because there was no coolant in the radiator nor the reservoir. Told them I had checked coolant level that morning before taking vehicle new radiator because there was no coolant in the radiator nor the reservoir. Told them I had checked coolant level that morning before taking vehicle. Radiator was full and the reservoir was at least half full... I asked where is the coolant on the ground if it leaked out. Tech said it must have evaporated. Tried to get me to spend over 800.00 dollars on new radiator and an additional 800.00 on a service. Had them replace coolant went to my mechanic who checked the radiator, all checked out okay. Dealer also said there is no after market replacement parts. (2009 Jeep Wrangler). The power steering leak was what they call normal and not serviceable... I guess they had to try and find something to get in my wallet...Do your homework before going to this dealer for any type of service. More
