Good Morning, We spoke with the service writer and the technician involved with the service and repair. The technician assigned to the vehicle, has had an extensive history with General Motors and in the business (approximately 35+ years). All of the work / repairs that were recommended, were definitely needed and noteworthy. We do our best to recommend any repairs or actions needed, so that our customers have all the information, prior to spending any money on the vehicle at all. Sometimes, having all of the information available, makes for more guided investments in the vehicle and the future intent on how long it should be owned or driven. It is best practice for us, to deliver any and all information on the vehicle, to the owners. We apologize if it seemed excessive or overwhelming at all. It definitely is not our intent.
