The most disturbing is he left my right front tire at 24 pounds and did not replace cap.i can only assume that he was distracted, glad it wasn't a vett! More

I called a week in advance for a recall. The rep assured me the part will be there and ready. Drop the Van Saturday afternoon to have it ready for Monday afternoon. Was told someone will update me in 30 minutes. No call Called again was told it will be ready. Called again. No the part was "defective" it won't be ready until tomorrow Tuesday. I had to pick it up and drop it off next week. My rate is 1 out of 10 More
