I called a week in advance for a recall. The rep assured me the part will be there and ready. Drop the Van Saturday afternoon to have it ready for Monday afternoon. Was told someone will update me in 30 minutes. No call Called again was told it will be ready. Called again. No the part was "defective" it won't be ready until tomorrow Tuesday.
