It indeed was a turn-key experience, from the exceptional communication to spending a few hours going over all the bells and whistles of the vehicle to the multiple test drivers. Not once did we feel pressured, and they always greeted us with a smile. Additionally, I have to mention their service department. They are always willing to answer any questions we have, double-check everything during a routine oil change, and even spent time informing my wife where to buy the better fuel for our SUV.
