I am an out of state buyer and dealer handled almost everything perfectly. My only concern was a large add-on paint and interior treatment that was never discussed with me first. I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration. I did not have to wait and was immediately issued a brand new car for a loaner. Couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes from start to finish.
