One week before our move to SD our old car broke down beyond repair. We were desperate to get another new car immediately. Other dealerships had no new cars. We went in and were greeted by Cerria. She s beyond repair. We were desperate to get another new car immediately. Other dealerships had no new cars. We went in and were greeted by Cerria. She saw how desperate we were. Working with her boss Gino they were able to put us in a new car in our budget that same day. We will forever be grateful for their work. Thank You. More

Was in contact with service rep Monday morning who explained what they were going to do, (diagnostic on my power issue, oil change, tire rotation) and contacted me back a few hours later explaining th explained what they were going to do, (diagnostic on my power issue, oil change, tire rotation) and contacted me back a few hours later explaining the problem.. I asked if the vehicle would be ready on Monday and was told I would be contacted. Tuesday morning I called and was told it had been completed on Monday and that a msg was left on my phone. I received no msg on Monday. As I had a rental during this time I kept the vehicle an extra day as I want notified of the completion by the service dept, an added expense for me. More

Very happy I came in to Executive Chevrolet! I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found that I had an oil leak. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain to m I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation and they found that I had an oil leak. I really appreciate that they took the time to explain to me where it was coming from and even took a video so I could see it for myself. I will definitely be coming back for my next maintenance.
