It's taken 4 attempts over 2 yrs to fix or replace a warranted leaf spring on my Chevy Colorado2019. Max at the Wallinford CT service center was useless and un helpful every time i had to deal with him. warranted leaf spring on my Chevy Colorado2019. Max at the Wallinford CT service center was useless and un helpful every time i had to deal with him. This previous trip was once again an inconvenience to me. For 8 days without a car and only to have the leaf spring greased up. I informed managment of this issue and came to an agreement by management that the leaf spring would be replace. After looking at the recent work that was done and noticing the same serial number on the leafspring was present that not ony was the part NOT replace, inserts were put in. This is not the work i was promised by management. This latest repair repiar is a temporary fix to a faulty part. Now being two years dealing with this same issue problem my warrantee is up. How convenient. I have been in contact with Chevy corporate already and have expedited this claim as well the CT Better Business Bueru The unprofessional and shady practice at this service center are not how a chevy customer should be treated. I would be willing to talk in more depth of my draining experience dealing with executive chevy of wallingford Ct if needed. More
