Hello Frank, We are sorry to hear that you feel that way. We felt we tried our best to serve you. Back in February you brought the vehicle in for a transmission and rear differential service with 66000 miles. In March you spoke to an advisor and stated that ever since you had the transmission service you were getting harsh shift concerns. An appointment was set but you were unable to make the appointment. You did set a few appointments between March and October but missed those as well. You did drop off the vehicle in October. You did put another 15,000 miles on the vehicle since the last time we had the vehicle in service back in February, We found that you had an Engine Timing Code, not transmission related. We would need to partially tear down the engine to establish the root cause. We offered policy warranty help but you declined. We decided to not charge you for any diagnosis at the time. We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations but do believe we did everything we could to help. If we could be of assistance please reach out to us directly. -Executive Chevy Service Team

You guys had my vehicle for over a month which has a payment . I paid my note and insurance for it to sit in the parking lot in the same spot for over a month , while you blew smoke up mine and my Gus xxx. You guys xxxxing suck in plain English ! I’ve bought and leased numerous trucks from your branch. Your customer service skills are as good as burnt hotdog. You lost a repeat customer which in the grand scheme of things , you guys can care less !
