I brought my car in for a check engine light and my horn wasn't working. They had my car for 6 days to diagnose, orde parts and install. I have used this dealership in the past without a problem. Had truck back in 2 days. This time 4 days and couldn't give me a loaner. Only will come back for warranty work. My truck only needs a high beam bulb. My son is a certified mechanic and is the only one who has been working on it except for a few things. Yes it has 125k on her. The ball joints and wheelbearing have a little play it has 125k on her. I just put new tires on her last summer and an alignment. Wouldn't they have noticed the ball joint?? Oil is changed every 6-6500k. My son checks everything on every visit. My truck is maintained 100% when it needs anything my son tells me. Now or at your next oil change you need to do this. Suprised they didn't tell me about the minor rust on the drivers side on the bed. More
