Good Afternoon, The service writer assigned to your service visit, left a voice mail for you, a short time ago. We wanted to clarify some things, regarding the last service visit, with each of your vehicles. The first had the tire rotation charge removed, because it was not performed, as the vehicle needed tires. The most recent visit with your other vehicle, had the oil change and tire rotation, but had a coupon applied. The removal of the tire rotation on the first visit and the coupon applied towards the other visit, resulted in both final amounts being very similar. With respect to your longstanding relationship with us, and some confusion on the 2 different amounts, we are extending an additional $20.00 credit, to your account, that can be used towards any future visit.
