Good Morning, After speaking with the service writer involved, we understand there was a delay in getting the insurance approval. The adjuster apparently, did arrive here at the dealer, just after the vehicle was towed in, but the diagnosis and/or estimate had not yet been completed. We do very apologize for the delays and choice of communication used, when updating you as to where things stand. We certainly can not ask for more on an insurance claim, make a guess on possible failed components, other than what can be supported by diagnosis, or we would place ourselves in fault. Again, we absolutely understand the delays involved, and know how frustrating this can be for you. We have spoken with the staff involved and enforced our strong policy on communication and updates to our customers. We thank you very much for your business and promise to make any future service visit as seamless as possible, giving you the process and experience, that you would expect.
