Upon seeing my salesman (randy) he immediately told me about all the discounts they could offer, which is unheard of, rather than haggling over the msrp. The finance department got me the best loan with the lowest interest rate possible. But, I was most impressed by the service department. The service manager gave me a tour and introduced me to the mechanics. I had parts ordered ( truck side steps and tonneau cover) and he made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase, and that my parts were put on quickly. The staff at Valenti Chevrolet knows how to take care of their customers, which is why they get so much repeat business. This is the only dealership I will be doing business with in the future!!! More

VALENTY CHEVROLET WILL NOT STAND By THE VEHICLES THEY SELL I bought a new 2016 silverado 3500HD back in june, brought it down for the first time, first service, with issues in the steering, issues with the rea I bought a new 2016 silverado 3500HD back in june, brought it down for the first time, first service, with issues in the steering, issues with the rear view camera and a recall for a non deploy air bag, the service personnel lied to me about the serviced performed to my truck, they were supposed to rotate the tires, top off fluids and reset TPMS sensors, they did wrote it down on the work order, i asked them couple times if it was done, they said "yes we did" when i checked, what a surprise! it had not been done. then they said: oh! " maybe we made a mistake" i wonder how many times they get away with it, people trust their vehicles to this so called " certified service" dealer not knowing what type of incompetent "technicians" work in here. So disappointing, they will do and promise this and that in order to sell you their vehicles but once you are out the door you are not longer their problem, VALENTY CHEVROLET WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THE VEHICLES THEY SELL. Bill told me to lie and say I went there already and go back to valentis. Then he went on to say don't tell them what I offered you for the car. Why? Because you tried to take advantage?!?! I then ignored his 10 or so phone calls while I was at the other dealership. It was to the point where he started to text me. The other salesman that was helping at the dealership asked is that the salesman from valentis AGAIN?!?! Long story short I purchased a car at a great price without the salesman being pushy or a sketch ball. That was on a Saturday, Tuesday came and I went to work and I told no one about me buying a car because I don't discuss my business and a co worker I don't speak to on a personal level knew about my whole experience In detail about purchasing a car from my uncles dealership. Saying in her exact words "oh I knew you bought a car, I heard all about the whole thing about you buying it from your uncle" then she stated "Bill Anastasio told me" First of all why would you discuss my personal business or finances with someone that I don't speak to or anyone for that matter? Second do you do this with all your customers? Also what type of salesman would tell you to lie to your family? I would never purchase a car from this facility. He was very unprofessional! I went to purchase a car not to be spoken about to other people. More
