Took them awhile to realize I want not going to buy one no matter what they said. They then insulated me saying “ This is a dumb and stupid choice” was very rude and tone changed filling out the rest of the paperwork. Nice dealership salesman was great would never buy a vehicle again unless tactics and personal changes. More

5-Star Experience with Executive Chevrolet in Wallingford! After an exhaustive search across platforms like CarGurus, CarFax, KBB, AutoTrader, and CarMax, we finally found the 2022 Nissan Path Wallingford! After an exhaustive search across platforms like CarGurus, CarFax, KBB, AutoTrader, and CarMax, we finally found the 2022 Nissan Pathfinder SL Premium we wanted on Cars.com with Executive Chevrolet in Wallingford. This wasn’t our first dealership stop, but it was, by far, the best experience we had. Executive Chevrolet was refreshingly straightforward from the start. After dealing with several dealerships that advertised low prices only to tack on hidden fees or financing conditions, it was a relief to find one that was transparent and genuine. Sarah Elliot, the BDC Manager, followed up quickly, and she introduced us to Carlos Santiago, who was a breath of fresh air. Carlos provided a clear, out-the-door price—no gimmicks, no surprises. Despite an injured hip flexor, he even personally checked out details on the car for us, confirming that it was in top shape. Carlos truly went above and beyond. He’s a people’s person—open, engaging, and a natural conversationalist who made what could have been a long, tedious process fly by. He was friendly, never tried to upsell or pressure us, and when he didn’t know the answer to something, he admitted it and immediately found the information we needed. He provided us with complete service records and took care of all the small details, from checking the headrests to fresh batteries for the key fobs, a gas fill-up, a final detail cleaning, and scheduling a free first service. He even ordered a new license plate bracket when he noticed the previous one was missing. Small touches like these truly set this dealership apart! Carlos’s integrity, dedication, and humility stood out throughout the entire process, and as a military and police veteran, he’s a true hero for his service to our country. Carlos also showed deep respect for our family’s religious observances, including my wife’s practice of not shaking hands with men, which we greatly appreciated. Special thanks to Cerra Terrill-Rodriguez, the sales manager, who stopped by to introduce herself warmly but gave us plenty of space. And when my wife mentioned her phobia of animals, they kindly put the office dog, Daisy, in another room to make her feel more at ease. The professionalism continued with Mary Gallagher, the business manager, who worked expeditiously and efficiently through the paperwork, explaining warranty options clearly and without any high-pressure tactics. We even encountered a last-minute issue with the title, as the dealership hadn’t yet received it from the leasing company, but they provided us with dealer plates so we could take the car home that day—no waiting weeks, as we experienced at other dealerships. Management even stayed over an hour past closing to let us complete everything without feeling rushed. They truly went out of their way! Executive Chevrolet may not be the largest or fanciest dealership, but they’ve mastered what matters: honesty, transparency, and exceptional customer service in a pressure-free environment. We’re thrilled with our Pathfinder and grateful to Carlos, Sarah, Cerra, and Mary for treating us like valued customers every step of the way.
