Service uvi Used vehicle inspection. I truly cannot speak for the folks that had a great experience at this dealership, however; my experience was not a pleasant one. I traded a 2015 F - I truly cannot speak for the folks that had a great experience at this dealership, however; my experience was not a pleasant one. I traded a 2015 F - 150 king ranch beautiful not a thing it needed and this dealership marked it up 3900 which is how the car Industry work. And kudos to the person that purchased it’s a great truck. Now getting to my point these guys literally lied to me they told me that they serviced every vehicle they get I mean it when I got there the car was nice inside and out however needed immediate break repair work which is not cheap. Just be cautious. Check things out. Test drive did not reveal everything. And I appreciate the don’t care attitude from the guy I spoke to venting too. More

Trade in I traded in my Jeep Wrangler for a car I was not a huge fan of but Randy took that and helped match me with a car I love! This place is very impressive. To just say this dealer is awesome would not do EAW justice. First, upon arrival you are greeted with the sight of a virtual sea of so many spotless vehicles, many of which you would be proud to share space on your home property. As nice as the vehicles are outside the really nice and expensive stuff is stored inside. When you go to EAW be sure to take an inside tour. When I was there the person I had been involved with was busy but I was greater by two other people who were very friendly and kept me at ease until a Jason Greene became free. Organized professionalism is how I would discribe my adventure yesterday. My transaction with EAW neither created or left me with an anxiety filled afternoon. Everything was handled in an orderly fashion right down to the financial end of my purchase. A man called Perry is my new friend of the day and sitting across the desk from him was a pleasure not the usual heart pounding ordeal of past car dealer experiences. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this business and even more impressive is the fact that all the people employed by EAW ARE SINCERELY HAPPY to be associated with this man. No broken promises here, everything they said they would do was accomplished, in short order and with customer satisfaction as their hallmark. I discovered this business by accident and I feel lucky, proud and happy that I did. My ten year old granddaughter also loves this car. More
