I had an appointment first thing in the morning and Doug was wonderful and had everything ready to go and helped me get my payments right where I wanted them to be. She answered any questions and helped get the ball rolling. I had Michael help me with the warranty end of everything and the final paperwork. He definitely made paperwork fun, which I don't think many people can say. He answered all my questions and it was nice to have some laughs. Car buying doesn't need to be so serious! All in all, I was very happy with my experience here. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. More
