I had an absolutely amazing experience with Exceptional Motorcar! I had some very specific criteria in looking for a truck and I found one that checked all of my boxes online but it was over 100 miles away Motorcar! I called the number on the ad and Anjuli connected me with Doug in sales. This was on a Friday and living so far from the dealership, I would not be able to make it there until Monday morning. He was able to hold the truck for me until our appointment set for Monday and 10am. Later that same afternoon I spoke with Zak in finance. Now, I was also working with my credit union at the same time and I made sure that Zak was aware of this. The finance department at Exceptional Motorcar was able to get me a better rate and term than my credit union was able to. This saved me over $50/month. My experience at the dealership itself was no less than exceptional! I talked to Doug shortly before I arrived to clarify the final, local directions to the dealership and after talking to him I was fully confident I would find the place easily. The truck was shining like a diamond and there was a tag hanging from the rear view mirror with my name on it. I felt like a kid in a toy store. My girlfriend and I were greeted by a friendly young man who showed us the way to Doug’s desk. The facilities are so clean and pristine and the entire staff is so friendly They all exercise the precautions that we have become familiar with during the pandemic as well. Doug, my salesman was waiting and ready for us at 10. After some quick paperwork I was doin taking the truck for a test drive. After returning from the drive I spoke with Doug some more and then was introduced to Zak in the finance department. It was very nice working with Zak. He made us feel so comfortable and went over everything so clearly, answering all of our questions. Did I mention that Doug filled my truck’s fuel tank while I was finishing up the paperwork with Zak? Yeah, that was pretty awesome. Remember, we had to drive over 100 miles to get home. I know this was a very long-winded review but I hope that it goes to show how we truly felt about our experience at Exceptional Motorcar. We drove over 100 miles to buy this truck and we look forward to doing it again when it’s time to buy her a new vehicle! I would recommend Exceptional Motorcar to anyone.
