The worst sales personnel I ever experience, Doug never called me back and when he did he had no answers I had to ask for every little detail to be reviewed. None of the trucks advertised where on the lot called me back and when he did he had no answers I had to ask for every little detail to be reviewed. None of the trucks advertised where on the lot for sale, they all either had some backstory or where off for repair somewhere. Terrible experience I would certainly shop elsewhere and certainly not accept Doug’s as your “sales professional” Zack the finance guy didn’t even realize he had already processed my credit app but atleast he had the courtesy to correctly follow up! The receptionist is like a trained programmed robot and is scared to veer off her course...no fault of her own but the fault of management... More
